Big Fun! February 19, 2010 J. Quesada My son is 5 and this toy is awesome. No problems with him handling it, but it is fast! The product worked great right out of the box and it seems to be very sturdy.
E Go Kart is great - AMAZON Customer Service is the BEST! February 17, 2010 Kirk Gebb (oregon) Product is great - how can you go wrong with a Go-Kart?
Razor corporation however needs to learn about customer service - they suck! We needed two little clips to retain the axle and it was going to be 2 months to get them! They were NO help.
Thank Goodness I bought through AMAZON - when they heard the Kart was defective because of two little missing clips - they had one over-nighted out to replace the defective unit! Thats customer service! My two nephews really enjoyed their Christmas replacement present.
Thank you - AMAZON

He has not been able to use it much since receiving it at Christmas because of the cold and snowy weather. However, I know he will enjoy it much more when the weather breaks.
