I had problems with the car when I received it, called the tech support ..they asked me to fax copy of invoice with description of problem. They mailed me a new set of frequency chips and a shipping label. If the new chips didn't work I could use the shipping label to ship the car back. But the new chips fixed the problem. Good customer service. But the car is very difficult to control as it is very fast. But you get used to it. fully charged battery will give you around 30mins of run time. When battery was near drain and the car slowed my 3 year old could control it then. Oh another thing , the battery get REALLY HOT after use, I checked the temp using a laser thermometer it was around 175F. So be careful not to burn yourself touching it.

I got mine on Friday and couldn't beliece how big this thing was! charged it up and ran it on Saturday. The car is real fast and handles like crazy!

This car is extremely fast. The steering on the car is very responsive. The kid's love it, actually ordered another one so the kid's can race each other. Battery only runs for about 20 minutes, Order Extra Battery Packs. This IS the HOBBY GRADE car, not the BASE VERSION.

This is a great R/C model...and you need to have wide open space to drive this....parking lot, basketball court, etc. Not for the driveway or the house...it packs a lot of speed and you need wide open space to run. It is very responsive, and very good proportional controls. No need for hop-ups. Battery goes about 20 minutes on a full charge. Recommend an additional battery. I bought 3, so the family and I can resolve it on the track and not worry bout no point battle!!!
