Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Nice try, but too many errors to be taken seriously   May 17, 2008
Brian Baum (Seattle)
As a Formula 1 fan for nearly 30 years, I still can't get enough data on the races, drivers and cars. At first glance this book appears to be an interesting, well researched and easy to read dose of F1 history, facts and figures. Unfortunately when one digs in, the number of inexcusable errors grows. One example states that the Red Bull team started their first race in Bahrain in 2006 (correct answer: Toro Rosso). The concept is good, but the author's delivery is remarkably sloppy - especially for a book this small. There are better books out there, don't waste your money buying this one.
